The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of a Waterloo man following an incident where law enforcement received multiple complaints of an erratic driver.
Police say Daniel E. Smith, 51, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and failure to yield the right of way. The incident happened in the Village of Waterloo.
Police also say that Smith was operating his vehicle erratically, according to multiple reports.
He was issued traffic tickets and will answer the charges at a later date.
