Second woman convicted in Newfield murder case pleads guilty to conspiracy

A Dryden woman involved in a fatal robbery in Newfield last year pleaded guilty to conspiracy in Tompkins County Court on Wednesday afternoon.

Colleen McColgin, 38, was initially charged with second-degree murder, first-degree robbery and fourth-degree conspiracy following the death of 30-year-old Camden Rundell on Dec. 2.

McColgin, represented by Attorney Edward Kopko, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree conspiracy in relation to the crime on Wednesday afternoon.
