State Police arrested a 35-year-old Rose man following a property damage accident on State Route 104.
Police charged Kevin C. Scarborough, 35, with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content greater than .08 percent, unlicensed operation, aggravated operation of a motor vehicle and moving from lane unsafely.
Troopers were dispatched to a property damage accident in Huron. According to police, Scarborough failed multiple field sobriety tests.
He was issued uniform traffic tickets and will answer the charges at a later date.
