Deputies say a 39-year-old Farmington man was charged with driving while intoxicated after they found his vehicle crashed in a ditch off of Plastermill Road.
Shawn M. Ross, 39, of Farmington was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, and issued several other traffic tickets after deputies found him in the driver’s seat of a vehicle crashed in a ditch.
It was later discovered that heavy front end damage to his vehicle was caused by hitting a parked car in the Finger Lakes Hotel. He was arrested and subsequently charged after being transported to the Ontario County Jail.
Ross was released to a third-party and will answer the charges at a later date.
