Ferrara retires from Generations Bank

Generations Bank announces today that Sandra Ferrara will retire effective December 31st, 2017. Ferrara has served the organization for 12 years as Vice-President of Retail. Her career spanned 38 years of banking with all of it being in Seneca County.

“The twelve years I have spent at Generations were the most rewarding of my career,” noted Sandy Ferrara. “I am going to miss the people – my co-workers and my customers.”

Ferrara will continue on the many boards she serves including the Seneca County Chamber of Commerce, the Seneca Falls Historical Society, the Seneca Museum of Waterways and Industry, Habitat for Humanity of Seneca County as well as working with the Seneca County Republican Committee, United Way of Seneca County and the It’s a Wonderful Life Museum. As she looks forward to retirement she plans to add local soup kitchens and Pathway Home to the organizations she volunteers with.

She resides in Seneca Falls with her husband Lou, and has a son, a daughter and six grand-daughters.
