Deputies in Ontario County say they were called to the scene of an accident involving a 85-year-old Fairport resident being struck by a vehicle.
The incident happened in Victor at the Home Depot, in the parking lot when a vehicle operated by Frederic Salsburg, 77, of Victor struck Roy Harr, 85, of Airport.
Hard was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital by Victor Farmington Ambulance for hip and leg pain.
Fishers Fire Department assisted at the scene.
