On December 8th at approximately 11:07 am the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a Seneca Falls man for attempted assault following a physical altercation.
Nivek Y. Sutton, 19, was charged with third-degree attempted assault.
Sutton is accused of engaging in a physical altercation with a local resident in November, causing minor injuries to the local resident who was treated and released from a local hospital.
Sutton was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 12/21/17 at 10:00 am.
