Deputies in Ontario County say a 33-year-old Stanley man was traveling west on State Route 5 when he lost control of his vehicle in the Town of Seneca on Tuesday.
The driver, identified as Gabriel Rayburn, and his passenger Morgan Miense, 30, required medical treatment. Miense was transported to Thompson Hospital for treatment by Finger Lakes Ambulance.
Deputies say airbags deployed and Rayburn was issued tickets for unsafe speed.
Seneca Castle and Stanley fire departments were called to the scene.
