Sophomore Tyus Battle posted a game-high 24 points, freshman Oshae Brissett finished with 20 points and junior Frank Howard added 18 points to lead Syracuse (8-1) to a 72-58 victory over Colgate (3-6) Saturday afternoon in the Carrier Dome.
The game was the 170th meeting between the two Central New York rivals. It’s the most frequent pairing in Syracuse hoop history. The Orange have now won 52 straight against the Raiders.
