Deputies say a 54-year-old Canandaigua resident was charged with felony DWI after an investigation into a ‘possibly intoxicated’ driver.
Luis A. Huertas, 54, of Canandaigua was charged with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop was executed in the Tops grocery store parking lot on North Road.
He was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charge at a later date.
