On Wednesday at 7:32 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Tabitha L. Herman, 34, of Seneca Falls.
The arrest stems from a complaint where another town resident reported Herman subjecting them to unwanted physical contact. Herman was issued a criminal summons for one count of harassment in the second degree, a violation.
She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on December 7, 2017, at 5:30 pm to answer the charge.
