On Monday at 3:32 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Elizabeth J. Keefer, 31, of Seneca Falls following a shoplifting complaint.
Keefer was observed by employees of the Wal-Mart Supercenter passing all points of sale without any attempt at rendering payment for the merchandise she had in her possession.
She was charged with one count of petit larceny, a misdemeanor. She was processed and released on an appearance ticket.
Keefer is due in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on December 18th, 2017, at 5:30 pm to answer the charge.
