Seneca Falls PD: Driver had nine suspensions during traffic stop

On Wednesday at 10:50 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Michael H. Thomas, 32, of Rochester following a traffic stop on State Route 318.

Thomas was originally stopped by police for speeding. During the traffic stop, Thomas admitted to having a suspended license.

A check of DMV records returned with nine suspensions.

Thomas was issued tickets for speed in zone over 55 and aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree.

He was processed and released on tickets. Thomas is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on January 11th, 2018 at 10:00 am.
