On Wednesday at 4:08 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Carl E. White, 53, of Rushville following a traffic stop on Fall Street.
White was stopped by police after exiting a parking lot failing to yield to the right away and striking the curb.
During the traffic stop it was determined that White was operating the motor vehicle while intoxicated.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with .08 percent or more BAC and failure to yield the right of way.
White was previously charged with DWI within the preceding ten years elevating the two DWI charges to felony level.
White was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court where he was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility.
He will be held there in lieu of $5,000 cash bail. White is due back in town court at a later date.
