On Thursday at 7:11 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a Waterloo man following a disorderly conduct investigation.
Police say Shane W. Harris, 27, of Waterloo was arrested after they were called to an apartment complex for a disturbance.
The caller reported fighting.
During the investigation police found Harris in possession of Suboxone.
Harris was charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance Seventh Degree.
Harris was processed and released on an appearance ticket. He is due in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on December 14th, 2017, and 10:00 am.
