On Monday, November 4th, 2017, at 2:58 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Nichole S. Ludwig, 25, of Seneca Falls following a shoplifting complaint.
Ludwig was observed by Wal-Mart Supercenter employees selecting merchandise then concealing it, passing all points of sale without rendering payment.
She was charged with one count of petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She was processed and released on an appearance ticket.
Ludwig is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on December 18th at 5:30 pm.
