A Steuben County man has been charged by State Police after allegedly subjecting his neighbor to unwanted sexual contact.
Police say Shawn Horton has been charged with forcible touching and sexual abuse.
He is accused of going to a neighbor’s house in Greenwood and subjecting a victim to unwanted sexual contact.
He was order to reappear at a later date.
