Deputies arrested an Irondequoit duo at Eastview Mall on Tuesday for endangering the welfare of a child after an incident during the afternoon hours at the shopping center.
Deputies say Austin Q. Martin, 26, and Goya S. Morgan, 41, were both charged with endangering the welfare of a child after engaging in a physical altercation in the immediate presence of a child less than 17-years-old.
They were issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges at a later date.
