On November 29th at approximately 6:20 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jason T. Roberts, 29, of Geneva for Petit Larceny following a shoplifting complaint at Wal-Mart in Seneca Falls.
Roberts is accused of taking merchandise with a value of $318.86 from the store without paying.
He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on December 4th at 5:30 pm to answer the charge.
