The Waterloo Police Department reports that on November 28th, 2017 at about 4:57 pm, officers arrest Richard A. Crooke, 52, of Waterloo.
Crooke was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with .08 percent alcohol in blood or higher, and speed in zone.
The charges stem from a traffic stop where Crooke was stopped for speeding on East Main Street in the Village of Waterloo, and was subsequently taken into custody for DWI.
Crooke was issued traffic tickets and is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on December 13th, 2017 at 5:00pm.
