Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on November 21st at approximately 10:11 pm deputies arrested David H Burnard, 44, of Syracuse for petit larceny.
The arrest stems from an incident that took place at a business in the Town of Tyre on October 29th 2017, where Burnard left the business with an item that did not belong to him.
Burnard was processed and released on an appearance ticket. Burnard is to appear at the Town of Tyre court on a later date to answer to the charge.
