The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on November 24th at 8:18 pm deputies arrested Joseph K. Scott, 27, of Rochester at a local business in the Town of Junius.
Scott was found to be in possession of stolen property which was contained inside a tinfoil lined bag, according to deputies.
The Sheriff’s Office reports that Scott was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property and Possession of Burglar’s Tools.
He was arraigned in the Town of Junius Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 secured bond and will reappear in the Town of Junius Court on December 21st, 2017 to answer the charges.
