Members of the Waterloo Police Department arrested an Inslee Street resident following an investigation into stolen property.
Police say Tianna M. Balch, 20, of Waterloo was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. The charge is a Class E felony, according to police.
The charges stem from an incident on November 23rd where Balch is accused of possessing a stolen credit card.
She was arraigned in Waterloo Town Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 secured bond.
The charges will be answered in Waterloo Village Court at a later date.
