On Wednesday, November 22nd around 9:30 am members of the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a Town resident following a domestic incident.
Police say Michael Gonzalez, 26, of Seneca Falls intentionally broke property belonging to another person. He was thus charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Gonzalez was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and released. An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim, according to police.
He’s due back in court on December 13th.
