Clyde man charged with shoplifting in Seneca Falls

On Sunday at 4:23 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Robert A. Lauster, 28, of Clyde following a shoplifting complaint.

Lauster was observed by employees at the Wal-Mart Supercenter concealing merchandise, then passing all points of sale with no attempt at rendering payment.



He was charged with one count of petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.

He was processed and released on an appearance ticket. Lauster is due in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on December 4th, 2017, at 5:30 pm.
