The Watkins Glen Police Department reports the arrest of a Tampa, Florida resident following a traffic stop on November 23rd.
Police say Melissa Henrichs, 25, of Tampa was charged with driving without headlights, driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, as well as unlawful possession of marijuana.
Henrichs was arraigned in Watkins Glen Village Court and will appear at a later date.
