The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Rochester man for Disseminating indecent material to minors in the second degree, and Endangering the welfare of a child.
Brian K. Brown Jr., 17, of Rochester, was arrested after it was reported to deputies that Brown sent photos of a minor simulating sexual conduct, via a cell phone, to a Town of Walworth resident’s cell phone.
Brown was arrested at his residence on an arrest warrant, and arraigned in the Town of Walworth Court.
He was remanded to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of $1000 cash bail or $2000 insurance bond.
