The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of an Auburn Rd. resident after allegedly engaging in sexual contact with a child under 13-years-old.
Police arrested Shaun R. Fox, 41, of Seneca Falls on Friday November 17th at 8 pm following a child abuse investigation.
Police say Fox is accused of engaging in sexual contact with a child less than 13-years-old during the Summer of 2016.
He was charged with one count of Course of Sexual Conduct with a Child in the Second Degree and was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court.
Fox was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond and will reappear on November 22nd at 10 am.
The Seneca County District Attorney’s Office and Child Protective Services assisted in the investigation, which investigators say is on-going.
