The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a 27-year-old Seneca Falls woman after her vehicle was involved in a crash on Beryl Ave.
Police say Abigail L. Sullivan, 27, of Seneca Falls was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content of .18 percent or more, and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
She is accused of crashing into a telephone pole on Beryl Ave., and proceeding to leave the scene. When police investigated the incident following a complaint – they determined that she was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.
The charges will be answered in Seneca Falls Town Court on November 30th.
