Wayne County Sheriff Barry Virts says a 28-year-old Sodus man is facing charges after an investigation was launched into interactions between him and a 16-year-old teen.
John R. Fuller, 28, of Sodus was charged with endangering the welfare of a child after he allegedly had conversations with a girl on Facebook Messenger during the month of September, in which he discussed wanting to have sex with her.
Deputies say it is also alleged that he requested the 16-year-old send him nude photos of herself.
He was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charge at a later date.
