The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on November 10th, 2017 at 4:00 pm, Investigators arrested Casey A Carragher, 30, of Canandaigua.
Carragher was charged with two counts of Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree, Class A Misdemeanors.
The arrest stems from a complaint in the Town of Romulus where Carragher allegedly went to a residence where there was a valid class “A” stay away order of protection in place.
Carragher was released on appearance tickets. She is scheduled to appear at the Town of Romulus Court on December 8th at 10:00 am.
