On Friday, November 10th at 12:09 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Christina F. Dougherty, 30, of Seneca Falls following a suspicious vehicle complaint.
Police observed a vehicle parked in a parking area with a female who appeared to be slumped over the wheel. After making contact with the operator they were able to determine that the operator, Dougherty, was operating the motor vehicle while intoxicated.
As a result, she was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated for having a BAC of 0.18 percent or higher.
Dougherty was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court where she was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility. She will be held there in lieu of $2000 cash bail.
She is scheduled to reappear in town court on December 13th, 2017, at 9:00 am.
