A Palmyra man has been charged after claims that he inappropriately touched a young girl surfaced.
Authorities say Kevin J. Deutenburg, 34, of Palmyra has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child following an incident, which took place back in May 2016.
Deutenberg was arraigned and was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to reappear in court at a later date to answer the charges.
A stay away order of protection was issued, but no additional details about the incident were released.
