On November 10th, 2017, at about 4:30 pm, Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigators arrested Carl W. Barber, 67, no permanent address as a Fugitive from Justice.
Barber is currently wanted by the State of Texas on the original charge of Aggravated Robbery.
He was arraigned in the Lodi Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on no bail.
Barber will reappear in the Seneca County Court at a later date for an extradition hearing.
