The Color Guard and spectators stood at rapt attention during the Veteran’ Day Ceremonies this morning in Central Park in Lyons. Caylin Guest, a Lyons High School Student, shared her Girl Scout Gold Award Project titled “Finding Veterans.” So far, she has identified the locations of over 1500 veterans buried in the Lyons area and has placed them on a computer grid.
