The Seneca Falls Police Department reports that on Monday a 16-year-old female was charged with harassment and violating the social host law after a complaint that was investigated at the end of October.
Police say the minor was charged with second-degree harassment and violation of the social host law after a complaint was investigated on October 28th.
The teen is accused of punching a 15-year-old in the face while at an underage drinking party. The 15-year-old was uninjured during the incident and the teen charged, will appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
