State Police say a 51-year-old Moravia woman was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, and was cited on a number of other charges following a traffic stop on State Rt. 34.
Police say Sanna M. Russo, 51, of Morvia was stopped on Rt. 34 in Genoa after Troopers observed her vehicle crossing over the lines and missing a headlight.
She was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests. She was transported to Moravia for processing where she was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, drinking alcohol in a vehicle, inadequate lights and failure to stay in lane.
The charges will be answered in Genoa Town Court.
