Deputies: Rochester man threatened Ontario employer, assaulted him

Deputies in Wayne County arrested a Rochester man after an incident involving an employer and employee in the Town of Ontario.

Dyllon Leonard, 24, of Rochester was arrested for third-degree assault and second-degree harassment. The arrest stemmed from an altercation where he threatened his employer, as well as his employer’s family.

The incident became physical and as result, the employer, who was not named — suffered minor injuries to his forehead and shoulder.

Deputies say Leonard was arraigned and released. An order of protection was issued, and Leonard will answer the charges in Ontario Town Court at a later date, according to deputies.
