Authorities say Helen Kernan, 47, of Watkins Glen was arrested on November 2nd and charged with Driving without lights, Failure to Keep Right, Aggravated DWI, Driving while Intoxicated, and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08 percent or Higher.
The charges followed a traffic stop, according to reports from local law enforcement.
Kernan was issued appearance tickets to answer the charges in Village of Watkins Glen Court on a later date.
