Seneca Falls woman jailed on felony drug charges

On November 1st at about 10:00 am, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested Ann Rodriguez, 61, of Seneca Falls.

The arrest stems from an investigation into the sale and possession of cocaine in the Town of Seneca Falls. Sheriff’s Investigators executed a search warrant at the residence and discovered cocaine that was allegedly possessed with the intent to sell.

She was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Class B Felonies, and one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B Felony.

It is further alleged that Rodriguez sold cocaine prior to the execution of the search warrant. Rodriguez was arraigned in the Town of Tyre Court where she was committed to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $10,000 bail or $20,000 secured bond.

Sheis scheduled to appear in the Town of Tyre Court.

The Seneca Falls Police Department assisted in the investigation.
