Police: Seneca Falls man was disorderly, obstructed administration

On November 1st at 8:15 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested, Juan L. Rivera, 32, of Seneca Falls for Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree, and Disorderly Conduct.

Rivera is accused of preventing officers from investigating a reported domestic incident and becoming physical with officers.

He was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $750 bail or $1500 bond.
