On Monday, October 30th, 2017, at 10:22 am The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Johnny L. Goodwine Jr., 27, of Canandaigua for criminal trespass in the third degree.
Goodwine is accused of entering Hunter’s Run Town Homes, which contains government subsidized apartments, after having received notice banning him from the location.
He was released with an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
