Deputies say a Rochester woman was charged with criminal possession of a weapon after it was found she had a stun gun.
Deputies arrested Phontasia Jackson, 19, and Dontaya Kyles, 25, both of Rochester after an investigation at Eastview Mall.
Jackson was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon after it was found she had an electric stun gun on her person.
Kyles was charged with possessing burglar’s tools. Both will answer the charges in Victor Town Court.
