Deputies in Wayne County say a 23-year-old Penn Yan man has been arrested following a personal injury crash that happened on September 23rd.
Said De Jesus Ballesteros-Cisneros, 23, was charged with driving while intoxicated, speed not reasonable failure to keep right, no seat belt, driving with a blood-alcohol content of .17 percent and second-degree reckless endangerment.
He was issued tickets and will answer the charges at a later date.
