On October 19th the Penn Yan Police Department responded to 219 Keuka St. for a reported domestic incident.
Officers say Rhonda Collins, of Penn Yan fled on foot, and was eventually apprehended and taken into custody.
She was charged with resisting arrest and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
