Seneca Falls man arrested after stolen property investigation

On Friday at 12:23 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Christopher R. Lentola, 35, of Seneca Falls.

The arrest stems from a stolen property investigation. It was found that Lentola entered a residence unlawfully and stole property from inside. When Lentola was arrested, officers also located a controlled substance on his person.

Lentola was subsequently charged with Burglary, a class C felony; Petit Larceny; and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, both misdemeanors.

Lentola was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court where he was committed to Seneca County Correctional Facility. He will be held there in lieu of $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 insurance bond.

Lentola is due back in court on October 25th at 9:00 am.
