Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Michael A. Ruiz II, 46, of Waterloo for second-degree menacing.
Deputies report they responded to 907 Waterloo-Geneva Rd for a report of a domestic disturbance.
Upon further investigation it was discovered that Ruiz threatened to harm a person with a knife.
He was arraigned at the Town of Waterloo court where he was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to reappear on October 27th at 8:30 am.
