Deputies say a 23-year-old Ontario man was sent to Rochester General Hospital after being struck by a car in the Tops supermarket parking lot located on Furnace Rd.
David Kennett, 17, of Macedon was southbound in the parking lot when his vehicle struck a pedestrian walking through.
The man struck by the vehicle was identified as 13-year-old Brandon Barron, of Ontario.
He was taken to Rochester General Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
According to deputies the investigation is ongoing, and Ontario Ambulance assisted at the scene.
