On Tuesday, October 17th at 7:27 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Sean C. Terry, 34, of Seneca Falls following a physical altercation.
Terry is accused of grabbing the victim and attempting to pull him out of a vehicle in the parking lot of a local business.
He was charged with one count of harassment, a violation, issued an appearance ticket and released.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on October 26th, 2017, at 10:00 am.
