Deputies say a Rochester man threatened a teacher with scissors in Williamson.
Elijah Vreeland, 20, became upset and got into an altercation with a teacher inside a classroom at the Wayne Educational Center in Williamson.
During the incident, Vreeland is accused of pushing the teacher, grabbing a pair of scissors and holding the teacher against the wall.
He was charged with second-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and second-degree harassment.
The charges will be answered in Arcadia Town Court.
